In our desire to taste every delicious-looking that we lay eyes on, we acquire diseases that will definitely shorten our life span. Diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, kidney failure, and many more. The Paleo diet is highly recommended to avoid those diseases, and you already have one or most of them, then better start a Paleo diet as soon as possible.

Many centuries ago, our ancestors are hunter, and they eat what they hunt. They are h2, flexible, with hard bulging muscles, healthy, and they had a very long life span. The Paleo diet is centered upon the belief that if we will eat like our ancestors, we can achieve their body proportions, health and longevity. Our ancestors in the Paleo age did not have grain, or pasta, or junk foods, or fastfood way back in their time. They only eat meat and vegetables, and following the Paleo diet, we should abandon our desires to eat those amazing pasta, pizza, bread, soft drinks, juices, and other foods that have carbohydrates and sugar. Basically, the Paleo diet is eating only what our ancestors have eaten in their precious time.

What to eat in a Paleo diet

The Paleo diet follows a strict rule of eating only what can be hunted or harvested. You are allowed to eat chicken, fish, red meat, pork, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, natural oils, healthy fats, and natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup.

Though you can eat those meats, you need to make sure that you are eating organic, grass-fed meats, only eat eggs that are free-range, organic vegetables, and choose the wild-caught seafood. Of course it’s not all the time that you are lucky enough to purchase those types of food, and they can come as a bit more expensive, so you can have the modern type of meat, vegetables and seafood sometimes.

The logic behind the Paleo diet

It is said that our body has evolved in so many ways, especially for the past 10,000 years when the agriculture revolution began. Since then, e have filled our stomachs with grains, carbohydrate-filled foods, and sugary foods. But before that era, our ancestors are used to eating the hunted meats and organic vegetables and fruits. Our body has the capability to survive with no sugar, no carbohydrates, no disease. It just a matter of discipline and the h2 will to follow the Paleo diet, to have the desire to be h2, and live a longer life.
